Ok, I’m trying to go to bed as early as possible so I’m typing this early. It's the hottest weather of the season we have had here in Northern Virginia and there was no cloud coverage at all. I have three softball games this week and the first one starts tomorrow, so coach said she wants us to take it easy with the heat and any injuries. My idea of an easy going practice is a warm-up lap, stretch, fielding work for a little, batting practice and an early release. For warm-up she made us run sprints... that had all my energy gone by the end of that and it’s only 15 minutes into practice... she later made us run to the parking lot and of course we didn’t stay in a straight line, no she made us do zigzags insanity the WHOLE WAY!!!! Yeah so that's my sports rant. Anyway besides that school was good. after practice I hung out for a little with my boyfriend and now I’m here :) Question of the day: What is your least favorite exercise? Mine is defiantly running. I HATE IT!!!!! I have no speed nor do I have endurance. I’m just not a runner period.
